Ordering on Bellawel.com
1–PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Bellawel accepts orders based on stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable despite our best efforts, Bellawel will inform the client by email as soon as possible. The client may then cancel their order and receive a full refund of any amount already paid. If a product is out of stock, Bellawel shall not be held liable, and the client has no right to further compensation or damages. Products can also be pre-ordered when unavailable, with the expected delivery date indicated on the product page.
2–DELIVERY/DISPATCH
Bellawel products can be delivered within Switzerland and worldwide. Products are dispatched with a delivery note to the address indicated by the client at the time of order. Deliveries cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. Delivery times on the website reflect average processing and delivery times for the courier chosen. The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including street number, building, access codes, and intercom names or numbers.
If delivery exceeds the chosen timeframe by more than 7 business days and the item has not yet been dispatched, the client may cancel the order by registered letter with proof of receipt and request a refund. If the item has already been dispatched, Bellawel will refund the product and delivery charges once the item is returned in its original condition with all labels. Bellawel will keep the client informed of the order status.
For parcels that arrive damaged (e.g., opened or with missing products), the client must notify both the carrier and Bellawel within one day of receipt. Bellawel cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.
3–PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made by card or via PayPal. We accept Visa, Debit card, MasterCard, and American Express. Upon order confirmation, the corresponding amount is debited from the client’s account. Bellawel retains ownership of items until they are delivered to the client. Purchases are secure, and all payment solutions used by Bellawel are 100% protected. For credit card payments, all information provided by the client is strictly secure and compliant with regulations.
4–PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Right to Cancel
Clients may request to return products within fourteen (15) days of receiving the order. Refunds or exchanges are not available for personalized products. Returns are the client’s responsibility and must be sent in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed.
To initiate a return:
1. Send an email to “ info@bellawel.com”
2. Specify In the subject of the email: Return + Order number
3-Provide a reason for the return
4 Our after-sales team will approve or reject the return request.
5. Ensure items are packaged with the order number clearly visible on or inside the parcel.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method once the returned item reaches our distribution center.
Return Costs
For customers in Switzerland:
- Bellawel will issue refunds (including initial delivery charges) within fourteen (15) days of the client’s decision to cancel the order.
- The client must return the product within fifteen days of cancellation, and return approval must be obtained from Bellawel's after-sales team.
For customers outside Switzerland:
- Bellawel refunds (including initial delivery charges) within fifteen (15) days of the cancellation notification.
- Clients outside Switzerland must cover their own return shipping costs.
If the client fails to comply with return conditions, Bellawel cannot provide a refund for those products. For exchanges, clients must place a new online order. For additional information, email: info@bellawel.com.
5–SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Bellawel prioritizes data security and confidentiality. All provided data is encrypted (SSL technology) before transmission. We use cookies to track preferences and cart contents. Under Swiss law on personal data protection, you have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information by emailing: info@bellawel.com.
6–VERIFYING THE SITE'S SECURITY

7–GUARANTEE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To fulfill orders, clients’ data is processed digitally and may be shared with Bellawel’s service providers. Clients may access or amend personal data via email.
8–PRICES
Prices include VAT for sales within the EU. Orders outside the EU customs fees or local tariffs are the client’s responsibility. Prices listed include order processing, but shipping fees are added at checkout. Prices are in Euros (EUR) for the Eurozone, GBP for the UK, and USD for other regions.
9–RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS
Bellawel reserves the right to cancel purchases (accepted orders) for reasons such as stock unavailability, unverified payment information, suspected fraud, or delivery address issues.
10–DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise, they are subject to Swiss courts.
